ABC Care provides Community nursing services to people and their families to help prevent disease, maintain health, and treat any existing health problems as directed by General practitioners or specialists. Our services of community nursing aim to support and maintain patient independence, safety, and healthy lifestyle, at the same time as helping carers and family members. We support any person who lives in the community and has a disability, chronic illness, mental health, or other condition that has an ongoing impact on their day to day living.

- “Hospital in the home” services, which provide hospital-type care outside of the hospital.
- Plan treatment procedures with patients and their families in accordance with the consulting physician’s instructions.
